Through an electric fusion process at temperatures ranging from 1800-2000ºC, the silica transforms into amorphous Silicon dioxide. Our Fused Silica is available in various forms such as lumps, cullet, ingots, sand, grain, granular, and powder flour, tailored for creating PV fused silica crucibles, thermal ceramics, refractories, EMC investment casting ceramic shells, and more.

Appearance and Specifications:

• No unfused parts are permitted.


• Foreign materials like string, plastic, carbon, wood, metal, or other contaminants are strictly prohibited.


• Except for conditional black dots, all color dots are not allowed.


• Black spot diameter exceeding 2mm is unacceptable.
