Fused Silica is a high purity crystal silica material sourced from China Donghai-Xinyi. It is electrically fused at temperatures between 1800-2000ºC to create amorphous Silicon dioxide. Our Fused Silica is specially engineered into various forms such as lumps, cullet, ingots, sand, grain, granular, and powder flour. These forms are ideal for making PV fused silica crucibles, thermal ceramics, refractories, EMC investment casting ceramic shells, and more.

Appearance and Specifications:

• No unfused parts are allowed.


• No foreign materials such as string, plastic, carbon, wood, metal, or other contaminants are permitted.


• Only conditional black dots are acceptable.


• Black spot diameter should not exceed 2mm.


• Total black dots quantity should be less than 10 per square meter.
