We meticulously select high purity silica sand (SiO2>99%) from Donghai/Xinyi as our raw material. Through a precise process of melting the silica sand at temperatures ranging from 2000-2300 ºC and subsequent cooling, we produce amorphous silicon dioxide glassy ingots. These ingots are further refined into fused silica lumps, sand, and powder to meet the specific requirements of our customers.

Fused Silica is produced using high purity crystal silica from China Donghai-Xinyi. It is electrically fused at temperatures ranging from 1800-2000ºC to create amorphous Silicon dioxide. The material is then specially engineered into various forms such as lumps, cullet, ingots, sand, grain, granular, and powder flour. These forms are specifically designed for manufacturing PV fused silica crucibles, thermal ceramics, refractories, EMC investment casting ceramic shells, and more.

Fused Silica Sand Appearance and Specifications:

• Must not contain any unfused parts.


• Should not have any foreign materials like string, plastic line, carbon, wood, metal, or other contaminants.
