Al Silica gel is a colorless or light yellow transparent or translucent spherical particles with stable chemical properties. It is non-combustible and insoluble in most solvents except strong bases and hydrofluoric acid. Compared to silica gel with fine holes, Al Silica gel has a similar adsorption capacity at low humidity levels (e.g., RH=10%, RH=20%), but it offers 6-10% higher adsorption capacity at high humidity levels (e.g., RH=80%, RH=90%). Additionally, it has a thermal stability of 350ºC, which is more than 150ºC higher than silica gel with fine holes, making it ideal for variable temperature adsorption and separation applications.

Type A Silica Gel is a transparent or translucent particle with the chemical molecular formula mSiO2.nH2O.
