The resulting material is then specially processed into various forms such as lumps, cullet, ingots, sand, grain, granular, and powder flour. These forms are specifically designed for manufacturing PV fused silica crucibles, thermal ceramics, refractories, EMC investment casting ceramic shells, and more.

Fused Silica Sand Appearance and Specifications:

• Must not contain any unfused parts.


• Should be free of foreign materials like strings, plastic lines, carbon, wood, metal, or other contaminants.


• Except for conditional black dots, all other color dots are prohibited.


• Black spot diameter should not exceed 2mm.


• Total black dots quantity should be less than 10 per big bag or less than 10 dots per square meter.
