Raw Material


We source high purity silica sand (SiO2 > 99%) from Donghai/Xinyi for our production process.



Manufacturing Process


The silica sand is melted at high temperatures (2000-2300 ºC) to form amorphous silicon dioxide glassy ingot, which is then cooled and processed into fused silica lump, sand, and powder based on customer requirements.

These forms are specifically designed for manufacturing PV fused silica crucibles, thermal ceramics, refractories, EMC investment casting ceramic shells, and more.



Fused Silica Sand Appearance and Specifications:



  • Must not contain any unfused parts.

  • Should be free of foreign materials like string, plastic, carbon, wood, metal, or other contaminants.

  • Any color dots are prohibited except for conditional black dots.

  • Black spot diameter should not exceed 2mm.

  • Total black dots quantity should be less than 10 per square meter when opening the big bag.
