Fused Silica is produced from high purity crystal silica by electrically fusing it at temperatures of 1800-2000ºC. It is then engineered into various forms such as lumps, cullet, ingots, sand, grain, granular, and powder flour. These products are ideal for manufacturing PV fused silica crucibles, thermal ceramics, refractories, EMC investment casting ceramic shells, and more.

Fused Silica Sand Appearance and Specifications:

• No unfused parts are allowed.


• No foreign materials such as string, plastic, carbon, wood, metal, or other contaminants are permitted.


• Only conditional black dots are acceptable.


• Black spot diameter should not exceed 2mm.


• Total black dots quantity should be less than 10 per square meter.
