Fused Silica is produced using high purity crystal silica from China Donghai-Xinyi. The process involves electrically fusing the silica at temperatures ranging from 1800-2000ºC to create amorphous Silicon dioxide. The resulting material is then engineered into various forms such as lumps, cullet, ingots, sand, grain, granular, and powder flour. These forms are specifically designed for applications like PV fused silica crucible, thermal ceramic, refractory, EMC investment casting ceramic shell, and more.

Fused Silica Sand Appearance and Specifications:

1. Must not contain any unfused parts.


2. Should be free of foreign materials like string, plastic line, carbon, wood, metal, or other contaminants.


3. Only conditional black dots are allowed; all other color dots are forbidden.


4. Black spot diameter should not exceed 2mm.


5. Total black dots quantity should be less than 10 per square meter when opening the big bag.
