We meticulously select high purity silica sand (SiO2>99%) from Donghai/Xinyi as our raw material. Through a precise process of melting at high temperatures (2000-2300 ºC) and subsequent cooling, the silica sand transforms into amorphous silicon dioxide glassy ingot. Fused Silica is produced from high purity crystal silica sourced from China Donghai-Xinyi. It is electrically fused at temperatures ranging from 1800-2000ºC to create amorphous Silicon dioxide. The resulting material is engineered into various forms such as lumps, cullet, ingots, sand, grain, granular, and powder flour. These forms are ideal for manufacturing PV fused silica crucibles, thermal ceramics, refractories, EMC investment casting ceramic shells, and more.

Fused Silica Sand Appearance and Specifications:

• Must not contain any unfused parts.


• Should be free of foreign materials like strings, plastic lines, carbon, wood, metals, or other contaminants.


• Only conditional black dots are allowed; all other color dots are prohibited.


• Black spot diameter should not exceed 2mm.


• Total black dots quantity should be less than 10 per square meter.
