Al Silica gel is a colorless or light yellow transparent or translucent spherical particles with stable chemical properties. It is non-combustible, insoluble in any solvent except strong bases and hydrofluoric acid. Compared to silica gel with fine holes, Al Silica gel has a higher adsorption capacity for high humidity levels (RH=80%, RH=90%) and superior thermal stability (350ºC).

Type A silica gel is a transparent or translucent particle with a chemical molecular formula mSiO2.nH2O. It is insoluble in water and inorganic acids, soluble in hydrofluoric acid and strong caustic soda solutions. It has high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, with an average pore diameter of 2.0-3.0nm, surface area of 650-800m2/g, and pore volume of 0.35-0.45ml/g.
